I am really upset that some people are finding themselves not only asking questions regarding bankruptcy but going through the process of bankruptcy even though their crime was to be too innocent and too na?ve. There are millions of people in this country who find themselves in this position because they could not meet the mortgage payments they signed up for, that they were told they could afford. They were corralled and their money, their assets, plucked like a chicken and then, and then, they were roasted. If you fit into this description of being corralled, plucked and cooked you are a sorry sucker. But you have learned a lot, hopefully, by now. And hopefully you will not only not be swindled again but you will get the bastards who did this to you. I say gather all the other plucked and roasted chickens along with you and put together a class action suit with the help of the American Civil Liberties Union. These people and companies who made loans to you without care that you could actually meet your obligations need to be brought to justice. They shouldn’t be allowed to run free nor given the possibility of ruining the lives of others.
