Get Printable Food Coupons Now

{ April 26th, 2009 }

It is not easy to save money now a days. After all, most of live on relatively tight budgets already. However, there are few things we can do that will help increase our savings balances quite a bit.

With the new course of action our family uses, we save on our grocery bill by using online grocery coupons. If you are serious about saving; give them a try.

Some of the best ways to help boost your savings are:

Be sure sales are sales. Store frequently place certain items on sale during set times of the year. Two for one sales are popular. However, a 2 for 1 sale doesn’t save money if the store increased its price while placing it “on sale”. Be aware of stores who constantly have insufficient stock. The hope is the shopper will buy what is on the shelve. Ask for rain checks. Some of our best buys are when we combine doubled coupons with 2 for 1 sales.

Check expiration dates of printable grocery coupons. Some sale items have dates soon to expire. It isn’t a good deal if the date goes out before it can be used.

Be careful about sale conditions and limits. Do you have to buy $25.00 worth of groceries to get the sale price? Is there a limit to the quantity? Is the sale only for Friday - Sunday? It’s not a deal if you have to buy more than you need to get one item.

Match your weekly menu to reflect what’s in season and what’s in your pantry. If you have to go back to the grocery to get one more item, you’ll more likely to buy at a higher price. If it’s out of season it will cost more.

Read the labels and you’ll see that sugar is showing up in almost everything. Most recently, it has been added to most brands of kidney beans, which used to be packed in just water and salt. Why? For the same reason it is added to peanut butter and many other products that don’t need it for taste - it is cheap. Cheaper than the other ingredients, in fact. Due to government subsidies, there is so much cheap sugar that growers need to dump it into as many products as they can.

Grocery coupons aren’t the only way to save money buying food. Store brands are often substantially cheaper, and guess what? Often they are really the name brands in disguise. Read the label and you may see something like, “Packed for ABC Grocery Stores by Kraft Foods, Inc.” In any case, you can try the store brands, and if you can’t tell the difference, why pay more?

If you have debts, collections, late pays, or a bankruptcy that is affecting your credit scores and your ability to buy a home, a car, or get a personal loan at a reasonable rate, etc… If you have these issues, there are really only have 3 choices…

1. Pay Your Creditors– Much easier said than done.
2. File Bankruptcy– but should be a last resort.
3. FIX YOUR CREDIT

Remember, The worst thing you can do– is DO NOTHING! Credit issues do not fix themselves.

If you’re serious about repairing and bringing up your credit scores, you NEED a current tri-merged report, and you should have credit monitoring. Without Credit Monitoring, there is no way to effectively track your progress. You can either do it yourself with the help of a free Credit repair manual, OR eliminate the headache and let a company handle it for you, or even let another company take on the responsibility of restoring your credit. But remember, the worst choice you can make is the choice to do nothing.

Keeping you confused about your credit score is the game of the credit bureaus. Mystery is not a good thing. You need clear, accurate information.

By following some useful guidelines, you can:

Remove ANY negative information from your credit reports on your own legally!

Improve your Credit Scores by as much as 200 points within 45 to 60 days.

Stop ANY collection agent from calling and harassing you at home or at work. Without filing bankruptcy.

Rebuild your credit to a positive standing WITHOUT borrowing more or applying for any loans or credit cards.

Use the law to force the credit bureaus and creditors to comply with your wishes.

The credit bureaus are publicly traded companies in business to impress stockholders. They are not government agencies. They are one of the most heavily regulated industries. The strict regulations stem from a public out cry of abuses and mistakes. A recent survey by an independent research group revealed more than 70% of credit reports contained mistakes or errors. The prevalence of errors has lead to consumer protection legislation that allows consumers to challenge the bureaus and force the removal of inaccurate, outdated or unverifiable information.

The Fair Credit Reporting Act was designed specifically to provide a way for consumers to force the removal of erroneous, outdated and unverifiable information from their report. Additionally, The Credit Repair Organization Act was passed to govern credit repair companies.

Again, you can either do it yourself with the help of a free Credit restoration manual, where you get details of the relevant federal laws that were enacted to protect you, OR eliminate the headache and let a company handle it for you, or even let another company take on the responsibility of restoring your credit.

P.S. If you find the answer to the what is forex - that will help you to make nice money.

Types Of Poor Credit History

{ April 25th, 2009 }

Poor credit loans are suitable these days and have a increasingly vast market. They are loans that are made for those with a poor credit past and when you try to get a loan, your credit history is checked. These types of loans may be the only option for people who have a less than perfect credit score or those who have not yet established a credit history. However, like any other type of loan they can be used for any purpose. Loan Providers have also become unable to give loans to individuals with a less than perfect credit history because of the default rate being so high.

Finding secured bad credit loans is an easy job but making sure that you find the right deal isn’t always that easy. Help is available electronically and on the high street for those that need bad credit loans and debt consolidation. You must also be aware, although there are loans available, the interest rates will be much higher so you need to considerponder this when applying for the loan. There is usually two types of bad credit payday loans and cash advance loans, secured and unsecured.

Secured loans involve putting up some type of colateral to get the loan, sometimes even your house and you can borrow up to 125% of the property value. Plus you can normally borrow from ?5,000 to ?250,000 with a repayment term of 5-25 years. To make things easier a lot of online loan finder services allow you to compare the market for secured loans. Utilizing such loan services could save you hours of searching and wasted hours hanging on the phone waiting to speak to a loan company.

Unsecured poor credit loans, however, are among the most difficult to get. Unsecured loans are not secured against any property or collateral. They do get approved much faster as there is no evaluation of asset required.
These types of loans are typicallyalmost always the best option for students, private renters, council tenants and people living in housing association properties looking for loans for people on benefits. Unsecured private loans for poor credit will carry much more in the form of interest rate than secured personal loans.

Before the Tax Code reforms of 2005, the difference in debts discharged between a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, or Wage Earner Plan, and those discharged by a Chapter 7, or straight Bankruptcy, was significant. Now, however, that difference has been minimized. Not all debts are discharged with a Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing as was once mostly the case. Bankruptcy Lawyers in Erie can counsel you on which of your debts are eligible for discharge.
Although circumstances may vary from filer to filer, the following debts will generally not be discharged:
• Child support and alimony due (including past due amounts)
• Student loans (unless the court has determined that repayment of the debt will create “undue hardship” to the debtor and his or her dependents).
• Debts created from being found guilty of driving while intoxicated or damages incurred due to an accident cause by drunk driving.
• Debts not listed in the bankruptcy petition.
• Debts owed creditors not listed in the bankruptcy petition.
• Court fees owed.
• Federal, state and local taxes.
• Restitution, fines and penalties assessed by the government.
• Debts not dischargeable from a previous bankruptcy due to debtor fraud.
During the bankruptcy, creditors will be given the chance to dispute the discharge of certain debts. Lawyers Practicing Bankruptcy in Erie will be at this creditor’s meeting with you to offer guidance and to speak on your behalf.
If creditors protest the proceeding and can prove their claim falls into one of the following categories, these debts will also not be discharged:
• Debts created by willful and malicious actions(such as assaulting someone)
• Debts created by fraud. These categories include balances on credit cards charged up within 90 days of the court filing for luxury goods and services.
• Cash advances more than $750 acquired within 70 days of filing the bankruptcy petition will also not be discharged.
• Debts from a divorce settlement or other court decree which the debtor is able to pay but nonpayment harms the recipient more than it benefits the debtor.
• Debts created from embezzlement, theft or a violation of some trust, or fiduciary duty.

There may be other of your debts that fall in either of these two categories. Contact Erie bankruptcy lawyers for more information.
